35 weeks and counting down.

Time is slowing dwindling away as these babies

continue to get bigger and bigger!

I cannot believe i will be 35 weeks this week.

We are anxiously awaiting the arrival of our sweet little boys.

Both baby showers were AMAZING. We just love our

family and friends so much. Thank you all again

for your wonderful support and help!

We really wouldn't be able to do it

without any of you.

I have been going in for NST's and ultrasounds

twice a week now so i get to see and hear my

baby boys all the time!

It has been so hard to get decent pictures of them

because they are getting so squished in there.

It is such a comfort to know that they are both

doing so great and are so healthy!

We are one happy mommy and daddy.

They are both a little over 5 pounds now!

They are growing like weeds!

If i were to have them right now then they would

have lesser chances of having any complications or

having to stay in the hospital for very long.

I just pray that they dont have to stay in the hospital after i have them.

i want to be able to take them home right away!

I know Heavenly Father is watching over us and is preparing my baby boys

for their arrival into this world.

It is such a blessing to have Heavenly Father in our lives

helping us every step of the way.

We both know it is going to be hard raising to babies, but we

know he will be there with us every step of the way.

I mean he wouldn' t have blessed us with two babies

at the same time if he didn't think we could do it

right?!

My doctor says that these boys can come at any time. She said that she

has never delivered twins after 36 weeks, but if i do not

go into labor by my 38th week, then she will be performing the

c-section that week.

That means, if i do not go past 36 weeks, i could be having these babies by next week!

say what?! Yes, i am freaking out and am really excited all at the same time.

I haven't shown any signs of labor yet, but my cervix has been thinning quite a bit.

So we will see when these babies decide to come.

I have been really uncomfortable lately and have been having some pains

in my belly from them growing.

I honestly do not think that my belly can stretch anymore!

I want my babies to be healthy when they come into this world, but

we are getting really anxious for them to be here already.

We cannot believe that this pregnancy is already coming to an end so soon.

It is crazy how time flies by!

Mommy and Daddy cannot wait to meet our baby boys!

Update on the Babies

I am almost 32 weeks and i had another ultrasound of

my cute little boys today.

I love getting to see them, but it has been so uncomfortable

to lay on my back for so long while they look at them.

My back gets so cramped up and my whole body

starts sweating. It's painful!

I guess this will give me a little glimpse of

how labor is going to be...

Both boys are doing great! Baby A is measuring 3 lbs 14 oz

and Baby B is measuring 3 lbs 11 oz.

They are both growing on track and are looking good!

I love when i get good news every time i go in for an ultrasound.

I just feel so relieved and blessed that they are doing so good.

I have a doctor's appointment tomorrow so that she can go over

the ultrasound with me and check me out.

Hopefully all goes great and i won't have to be on

full bed rest!

I am already partially on bed rest since my cervix has been thinning.

It is definitely tough not being able to be up and around as much,

but it will all be worth it when these precious little boys come.

I am totally in that UNCOMFORTABLE stage of pregnancy.

I don't even look forward to bed time anymore because i can't get to sleep

for at least an hour and then i wake up

constantly throughout the night. I guess this will prepare me for

when the babies are here and having to be up all night with them!

I am still having braxton hicks contractions quite often so it has

been difficult to walk or even sit in different positions.

I seriously don't think my belly can stretch anymore.

I feel like i am going to EXPLODE even though my belly really

isn't that big for having twins in there.

I wouldn't trade being uncomfortable or in pain for anything though.

My little boys are worth it all.

The lovely ladies at my work are throwing me a shower tomorrow

and i can't wait! I have been working from home because of the babies so

i haven't been able to see anyone for awhile there so i am really excited!

My awesome moms, family, and friends are throwing me a shower

this weekend too and i can't wait for that one either!

These little boys are so spoiled already.

Our little family definitely feels the love from everyone

and we couldn't be more grateful.

We are so blessed in so many different ways.

These little boys can't wait to love on you all when they get here!

Time in Flying By...

Wow i cannot even believe that i am 30 weeks already today!

i just had a doctors appointment a couple of days ago

and she said that i could go at any time!

She said that we are pushing for at least 6 more weeks.

What?! 6 WEEKS?!

Ummm Yes. i could have these baby boys in just a short 6 weeks.

i am freaking out.

i just want to hold them and give them kisses all over already!

i know that they can't wait to get out either because

they are both kicking at me as i speak.

i love these little boys so much already.

We had an ultrasound last week and both babies are doing great!

One was 2lbs 7 oz and the other was 2lbs 10 oz.

They both probably weigh about 3 pounds each now.

I have another ultrasound in a couple of weeks to monitor their sizes.

As soon as i hit 32 weeks, i have to go in every week to get tests done

to monitor the babies closely.

that is so soon!

I have been having a ton of the braxton hicks contractions lately

so my doctor checked me out.

Since one baby is so low and since i have been having a lot of

those contractions, my cervix is already thinning out!

So these next few weeks i have to really take it easy.

i am not on complete bed rest yet, but almost.

i can't even walk around or stand very often.

i dont care though, because these babies are completely worth it.

i cannot believe that this pregnancy is coming to an end already so soon.

i can't wait to meet my little boys, but i hope they stay in my tummy until

they are ready and are done growing.

HAPPY NEW YEAR!

Wow i cannot believe that it is 2012 already! It feels like we were just celebrating the new year turning 2011! Crazy how time flies and how so much has changed in just one year. In 2011 we were faced with some challenges, but yet faced with many happy moments together presented with tons of exciting news.

We are so ready for this new year and the exciting events it has to bring.

Some of the main moments we will get to share as a family this year are:

- Bringing our precious little boys into the world around February/March.

We cannot wait to meet the little guys.

- Trevor will turn 25!

- Alyssa will turn 22!

- We will celebrate our 3rd wedding anniversary.

3 years already?! We wish we could relive this day again everyday.

- Trevor will graduate from ASU in May with a Bachelors in Exercise Science. Woo Hoo!

- We will start the 4 year+ journey through dental school as Trevor furthers his career in July.

- My brother Matthew, who is serving a mission in Pennsylvania, will come home in October!

- My baby boys get to meet their uncle Matthew for the first time.

- Alec, my other brother, will be leaving on his mission sometime

in between summer and fall.

- Chandler, my youngest brother, will be beginning his senior year in high school! Ahh!

AND the list will continue as many more memories will be made during this wonderful new year.

We can't wait to see what this year has in store for us and what Heavenly Father has planned for our little family. We can't wait to find out.

Christmas Time.

Well Christmas has come and gone yet again! It was so much fun spending time with family and friends and most importantly, remembering and celebrating our Savior's birth! Church was fabulous and the music the choir sang was beautiful!

We spent time with family and enjoyed all the great food! The babies really enjoyed all the yummy food too of course.

Our little family was spoiled on Christmas by family and of course Trevor spoiled me too! He is so good to me.

Even Bella and Tia got dressed up and they were adorable. Bella really liked opening her treats Christmas morning and then tried to open everyone else's presents all day. She was pretty mad when she didn't get as many presents as everyone else did. It was actually pretty funny to watch her try and take everyone else's presents!

Everything has been so busy with the holidays, so it is nice to relax now and enjoy all the fun things we got.

The BEST part was getting to talk to my adorable missionary brother who is in Pennsylvania for the last time during Christmas! Yay! He is doing so great and it was so good to hear his voice. He really does miss his family a ton, but he knows that what he is doing is blessing so many lives. He is amazing and we all cannot wait to be with him next Christmas! Even the twins.

The babies are growing like crazy and kicking all the time. It is so much fun to feel them move around inside of me. I love it! They are always wiggling and boxing each other. It is like a total party in my tummy!

I am 28 weeks now and starting my third trimester! WHAT?! Yeah i can't believe it either. Time is just flying by! I cannot wait to hold my baby boys though. I dream about it all the time.

Next Christmas there will be two additions to our little family photo. We can't wait!

25 weeks already??

I am 25 weeks and 1 day already! I cannot believe it! Crazy how time flies. I seriously cannot wait to hold these little baby boys though. I have dreams about them almost every night and i get so mad when i wake up and they aren't real! oh well. They will be here soon enough! Trevor and I can't wait to give them kisses all over.

One happy soon-to-be mommy!

Our Dream School.

Trevor was accepted to a couple dental schools yesterday and one of them was AT Still which is about 10 minutes from our house and has been Trevor's dream dental school for FOREVER!

We are so excited that Trevor was able to get into this school since it is so competitive, really hard to get into, has such a great dental program, and is so close to home! This was his number one choice and this school was all he could think about for months! He interviewed at 5 schools and all of them seemed great, but he said that he felt like AT Still was going to be the best school for him and he could totally see himself there. Trevor was one of 30 out of 4,000 people that was accepted yesterday!!

My husband is a genius and is such a hard worker. Seriously though. He has put so much time and effort into his classes and into the things that he needed to do in order to make it possible for him to go to this school. He would never settle for anything below an A and would over achieve in everything he did to prepare for dental school. We are so beyond excited to start a new chapter in our lives with our baby boys and to start our journey through dental school together in August. It will be a hard journey, but we know it will be worth it in the end. We are so proud of our Trevor and the wonderful husband and soon-to-be daddy he is. He does so MUCH for our little family. He reminds me every day that everything he does is for me and our boys and i cannot be more grateful for what an awesome man i married. I love him forever and and am so proud of all he does! We love you babe!
